I was watching "Career Opportunities" and thinking how watching some "old" movies from the 80's and 90's reminds me of that era. And, remembering those eras reminds me of all that time that I "wasted" not meeting or getting to know a girlfriend. Especially a "John Hughes"-ee type movie, coming of age, or brat-pack movie brings to mind general feelings and memories of those times. Memories of crushing on cute starlets and not going out and finding a real person to hold. Fantasies and daydreams.
